In the first fitting ever(!) of the second suit I did not expect an perfect fit even though I used the exact same pattern as for the first suit with all the alterations updated. The only changes I did was moving the vent from CB to sides and giving a liiitle bit extra on the front piece seam that meets the side as the vent wanted to gap on the 1:st suit. So just as a little precaution I increased the seam.
I had also done the side pockets as I was sure they were in the right location witch abled me to put in the horse cloth straight away and then not remove it again to sew side pockets = saving time.
The suit turned out a bit small around the muffin area, needed to loosen it a bit which I did in the side seam starting from the point where there was a strain an down to the vent. The back was also a bit small and was taken out one cm all the way starting from a couple of centimeters below nape. Fronts wanted to go upwards, shifted the sides one cm up towards center front to make them go up causing the front to fall straight. Vents did not close either and would with the shifting be pulled more backwards.
Collar was a bit low CB so I did a new one.
Armholes were too big in front causing Robert to be restrained in his movements so I moved them in.
Waiting for 2:nd fitting to see if all the alterations turned out as planned.
